SANDING
Shot blasting is a surface cleaning process that removes dirt, oil, rust and corrosion on all kinds of metal materials and involves repainting and coating the surface. Sandblasting removes micro particles from the surface and reveals the essence of the metal.
Aluminum Chrome Sandblasting
Chrome Sandblasting is a process frequently used for roughness or cleaning of the surface, especially in aluminum parts. It has a very important place in activating the surfaces before coating. Sandblasting operation is done by spraying aluminum oxide particles with the help of compressed air. In this process, shapeless or spherical particles of different sizes are used.
DUST SANDING
Sandblasting is the process of hitting the metal surface with high pressure air. During this impact, the sand abrades the metal surface at the micron level, while at the same time cleaning all kinds of unwanted substances such as oil, dirt, rust on the surface and preparing the surface for paint application.
STEEL SANDING
Shot blasting is a surface cleaning process that involves removing dirt, oil, rust and corrosion from stainless steel or metal and repainting the surface. Shot blasting in stainless steel extends the already long life of stainless steel even further.
SUSPENDED SANDING
Suspended shot blasting machines consist of main body turbines, elevator, hanger, separator and filter. The materials to be blasted are attached to the hanger hook. The blasting process is carried out with steel granule thrown from the turbines to the hanger rotating in the machine.
